Structure of paper making line

1. cylinder section: cylinder mould 2 set, Φ1000mm x 1200mm x 1300mm ;  couch roller: 2 set, Φ300mm X 1200mm x 1300mm.

2. Press section: Press upper roller(natural granite roll) 1set, φ350×1200×1300mm; bottom press roller(rubber roller), 1set, φ300×1200×1300mm

3. The drying section:  Alloy dryer 2 set, Φ1500mm x 1100mm x 1300mm, the hardness of the surface is 210°, including bearing and bearing shell; carrier roller, 1 set, φ300×1200×1300mm, the roller body is cast iron, the surface is wrapped by rubber, the thickness of the rubber is 25mm, the hardness is 95º±2; upper press roller 1 set, φ300×1200×1300mm
