Working principle:

We introduced the next genaration patent technology to R & D the oil pump with linear motor after the first genaration pump equipment. It composed by linear motor and tubular plunger pump. It's mechanical and electrical integration of motor on ground and oil pump underground. The rodless pumping is realized by alternating motion of linear motor pushing plunger pump underground. 

Technical background of R & D this product

There's some defect as following when the first generation of linear motor be on trial 

The sediment will deposit when the crude oil enter into the airspace of the motor and jam its active cell to stop the pump.

Because of the lack of the compression strength, there will be harmful deflection when the active cell lift the plunger pump to and defect winding, therefore the winding connect ground to stop running.

It will lost magnetism when the permanent magnet of magnetic pole corroded by crude oil. And the incoming current will increase at the beginning with the corroded permanent magnet expand little by little till later the expanded active cell jams with stator to stop the linear motor.

Tension of the plunger in tubular pump becomes pressure in linear motor oil pump. When there's no enough compression strength in hollow push rod and plunger, there will be harmful deflection to affect the pump's service life. 

On account of above exist problem, we concentrate multidisciplinary talents, integrate study of line motor,magnetic material,automatic control,water pump,oil pump,mechanical lubrication,special weld and leakproof structure to develop new generation of "underground oil pump with linear motor", and obtained national patent

 Protection class of motor: IP58 with airspace protection meet national standard, prevent crude oil from entering into motor, no sediment jam motor airspace.

Structure of armature and technology of linear motor guarantee the axiality and straightness of inside diameter of armature ,eliminate friction of inside diameter of armature and external diameter of active cell and reduce mechanical loss & fault.

The novel active cell features high mechanical strength, no harmful deflection will caused by its shaft. The unusual magnetic pole structure not only protect permanent magnet but also start winding. 

Be equipped with decompression structure. It will decompress automatically when the air in the linear motor thermal expand so that prevent the motor body from deforming in hot state.

There is a lubricating structure in linear motion active cell.

Suitable for inclined shaft,directional well,low yield offshore oil field. Main advantages compared with pumping suit: energy saved above 35%, pumping parameter adjustable, canceling pumping rod, occupied little operating space on ground with well-head and control panel only, environmental protection because of no oil falling around well-head. Test in the same oil field proved that underground oil pump with linear motor output 6.1m3 per day at 1450m high working fluid level with power consumption 100KW/h, t/hectometre 1.13KW/h, system efficiency 24%, compared with pumping unit, it can save electricity 113KW/h per day. Pls see test data sheet.
