The Dura-Shred Tire Recycling Plants are designed to process up to 20 tons of input per hour. Dura-Shred system is proven turn whole scrap tires into high quality, uncontaminated crumb rubber. It is uniquely designed to allow the customer to adjust the equipment screens for precise sizing control and flexibility for output sizes. Maintenance:
• Shredder-Allow for 20 minutes for every 8 hours of run time-tighten bolts, lubricate, and inspect
• Grater-Allow for 60 minutes for 8 hours of run time- tighten bolts, lubricate, and inspect
• Granulators-20 minutes for every 8 hours of run time-tighten bolts, lubricate, and inspect. Change blades if necessary
Environmental Compliance:
Air System included Cyclone and filtration system are also included. There are no harmful pollutants generated or released in the shredding process. Any fiber or rubber that accumulates outside of the equipment can be disposed.

Tire Recycling Process:
Dura-Shred uses its experience and success to continually improve the design and manufacturing of our tire recycling systems to make them more effective and efficient throughout the reduction process. The reduction from whole tires to crumb rubber is accomplished through our:
1.Double shaft shredder
Dura-Shred Double Shaft Tire Shredder: 150 hp rotating the blades, truck and car size tires are reduced to rough 3”shredded strips through the Prime Shredder. Rough shred is then recirculated until it can be sent to the Grater via a conveyer. After here,we can get 50-150 mm tire chips,we called Tire Shredding&Recycling TDF Plant.
2.Grater/Rasper
Dura-Shred Grater: The Grater takes the chips and reduces them to 10mm-30mm. At this point 99% ofthe steel has been stripped and is removed with our magnet belt as the rubber mulch is transported to the vibratory tables for separation. This will be the end of the mulch producing line. For crumb rubber steel free mulch will be sent via conveyor to the Granulators for further processing. After here we get wire free 10-30mm rubber mulch,we called Tyre recycling rubber mulch plant.
3.Granulator
Dura-Shred Granulator: The Granlators reduces the rubber down to a 1mm-6mm, which is then removed through a screening system. Additional steel and fiber are then removed through an air and vibratory system before being sent to the surge bin for collection.Here we get rubber granules,we call tire shredding rubber crumb plant.
4.Miller
Dura-shred's miller is designed for rubber material where a powdered products is required. Granules of size 1-8 is fed via feeder to the rotating high speed serrated disk to produce a powder product in the required 30-120mesh range and where the final size is determined by adjustable centrifugal screen.After here,we call tire recycling rubber powder plant.

2.Automobile industry:
Train’s floor, disc silk ribbon for braking, soleplate of automobile and truck, shake sleeve, seal stripe, buffer, shock absorber, daily material for ocean shiping, tyres and inner unerlay of tyres, etc.
3.Architecture and equipment:
Adhensive/sealant, floors of hospital, company, insulated rubber material, carpet cushion, grass cushion for family animal, extruded products, module products, coating, bricks, thin slice, water-proof material, etc.
