4:What is your policy of samples ?
Since our caps and hats are becoming more and more popular and there are many customers will ask for free samples ,our sample policy is all samples (less than 3 pcs we made before)are free of charge ,but we have to ask the customers to make the freight collected for the express .After got the account number of Fedex or DHL from clients ,the free samples will be sent out immediately by collected air freight to them .
 
5:What is your usual term of payment?
30% in advance, 70% in the period of shipment, or 50% in advance, 50% in the period of shipment. Depends on order quantity.
 
For small order value less than 20000 USD ,we need 30%deposit balance T/T against the copy of the B/L ,For some special buyers ,we also accept D/P ,For order value more than 20000USD ,We can accept L/C at sight .
