Description Machine :
We obtained patent of small scale of high-class cooking oil machine in 2000,the patent No. is ZL99252888.7 and won gold award on China Exhibition of Patents.
The equipment belong to intemittent oil refining equipment ,it has all functions as large and middle scale of equipment.
Equipment profile:
It has its heat source,,electrical control,with features of light weight and electricity saving .Only turning on power and connecting water,prepare little coal or firewood ,caustic soda , phosphoric acid , bleaching clay and other materials, the equipment can be operated.

Introduction of main equipment:
1. Oil refining tank: For acid refining ,alkali refining and water washing degumming .
2. Declorization tank: Bleach oil and remove pigment.
3. Deodorization tank: Remove odor of oil (Made of stainless steel)
4. Heat conduction oil furnace : provide heat energy for production,the temperature can reach 280°c.
5. Vacuum pump : Provide vacuum degree for bleaching and deodorization ,up to above 755mgHg.
6. Air compressor: Dry bleaching clay.
7,Filter press : Filter bleaching clay
8. Steam generator: Provide steam for deodorization.

Due to the damage caused by the customer,we only charge material costs for repair and replacement.
After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours,or send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours.
