Oil in flakes or pressing cakes is extracted with solvent in extractor and get miscella of solvent and oil, then through negative pressure evaporation and steam-stripping separate solvent from oil to get crude oil.At the same time, after extraction, separate solvent from wet meal through desolventizer-toaster to get dry meal for animal feeds.

 

In every step, we adopt the most scientific and reasonable design scheme to get the highest oil yield and the best qualified oil.
