1. Product Introduction:

XK-ME2 consists of aluminum alloy guide rail type training platform, feeding mechanism, process unit, assembly unit, carrying mechanism and sorting unit. Each unit can be as one independently system, also can be one related mechachonics technology training system. They can be combination, installation and debugging freely to realize the target for simulating production function.

XK-ME2 includes each unit working station, automatic production line, pneumatic system, inverter, PLC high speed pulse and counter, servo motor, analog, networking technology, HC interface, configuration technology etc.

3. Main Configuration:

3.1 Experiment table: aluminum steel structure, with roller, as the installation carrier of automatic production line mechanical and electrical equipment, each equipment can be free and flexible installation

3.2 Feeding unit: Mainly composed by workpiece warehouse, workpiece lock tight device, workpiece push out device. This unit equipped with linear cylinder, photoelectric sensor, positioning device etc.

Basic function: Delivery the workpiece in warehouse to platform, for the carrying unit manipulator to grab.

3.3 Assembly unit: mainly includes feeding mechanism, rotation feeding unit, manipulator assembly unit, materials platform.

Basic function: finish the process that embeding the black & white cylinder to the workpiece that already processed.

3.4 Process unit:

Mainly include sliding platform, simulation punching etc.

Basic function: delivery workpiece to below of punching mechanism, finish one time of punching process action, then delivery back to material platform, waiting for take out by manipulator.

3.5 Carrying unit: mainly consists of servo motor and drive, four freedom degree manipulator, linear motion unit, proportional conveyer mechanism, stands, synchronizing wheel, synchronizing belt.

Basic function: through the accurate positioning, grab workpiece, and delivery it to next appointed position.

3.6 Sorting unit: mainly includes conveyer mechanism, three-phase motor power unit, sorting pneumatic components, sensor detection unit, feedback and positioning mechanism, etc. Sorting unit basic function is sorting for the workpiece that finish last unit processed, make different colors of artifacts come from the different material trough.

3.7 PLC and converter: brand user can choose as following: SIEMENS, Mitsubishi, AB, etc.
