XK-MPS1 flexible production training device is a practical experiment equipment designed and produced for improving students’ manipulative ability and practical skill and ability by our company, The unit is composed of independent and closely linking multiple workstations.

XK-MPS1 flexible production training system consists of six station/unit to constitutes production line, these station/unit respectively are: loading material detection station, transport station, processing station, assembling station, assembling and transport station and sorting station.

The training device’s noticeable features: have a better flexibility, that is each station have a PLC control system and independently controlled, separate the six modules for training ,can accommodate more students studying simultaneously. After complete the basic unit module training, can let the neighbouring two station, three station ...to six station connect together, and thus to learn complex system controlling, programming, assembling and debugging techniques.

The system includes many techniques involved in mechatronics professional learning, such as motor driving, pneumatic, PLC(programmable controller)and sensors, provides students with a typical integrated science and technology environment, and so ,from many single-subject professional knowledge learning, the students will get a comprehensive understanding, comprehensive training and improve each other. So the set of device is suitable for the undergraduate course colleges and vocational secondary schools, secondary specialized students and early on the position of engineering and technical personnel training.

4. After-Service And Training for Foreign User

1. For our exported equipments, the Warranty is one year, within one year, if there is any problem for spare parts(except damage by man-made) We can supply and replacement free of charge. And if exceed one year, we also supply the service, and process to instruct maintain, and instead the parts charge a certain fee.
