XK-JDC15 electromechanical connection and control training platform adopts four stations structure design, mainly used for motor control basic training, the system almost covers the industrial common motor and control mode, the system consists of control card, AC servo driver, AC servo motor, PLC, stepping driver, stepping motor, a DC servo driver, DC servo motor, a frequency convertor, three phase asynchronous motor and a servo motor PID(displacement and speed PID)teaching unit, with the following characters:

This device consists of “PLC+ step driver unit”, “ frequency converter+ DC servo driver unit”, “ control card+ AC servo driver unit” and “ servo motor PID(position and speed PID) unit”, in addition, it includes step motor module, three-phase AC asynchronous motor module, DC servo motor module, AC servo motor module, DC servo motor position module and DC servo motor speed module.

“ PLC +step driver unit” consists of single phase breaker, fuse, DC24V and DC5V switch power supply, step motor driver, Mitsubishi PLC and buttons.

“ Frequency converter+ DC servo driver unit” consists of three-phase breaker, fuse, DC24V switch power supply, contactor, thermal overload relay, Mitsubishi frequency converter, DC servo motor driver, button and potentiometer.

“Control card + AC servo driver unit” consists of three-phase breaker, fuse, DC positive and negative 12V switch power supply, DC24V switch power supply, servo transformer, ANCHUAN AC servo driver, servo motor control card, button and potentiometer.

“Servo motor PID(position and speed PID)unit” consists of single phase breaker, DC positive and negative 12V switch power supply, DC positive and negative 5V switch power supply, speed display meter, position display meter and PID circuit board.

2.The device has two training platforms, totally 4 training stations, its structure confirms to human body engineering, convenient to operate by standing, also easy to operate by sitting.

3.The device is also equipped with drawers and keyboard tray, it is very convenient to put the experiment plug wire into the drawer and put the keyboard onto the tray, the host is placed in the open box below the training platform, and the displayer is placed on the right side of training platform which is easy for PC computer training operation.

4.The upper panel of the training platform is flip type structure which is convenient for electrical wiring, wiring checking and electrical components maintenance and assembly

     5.The AC servo motor can be controlled by PLC to realize position control; also can be controlled by control  card to realize position control; also can realize speed and torque control by potentiometer.

6.Stepper motor can be controlled by PLC to realize position control; also can be controlled by control card to realize position control.

7.DC servo motor can be controlled by PLC to realize position and speed control, also can be controlled by control card to realize position and speed control, and can realize speed, position and torque control by potentiometer; also can realize position and speed control by PC computer.

8.Servo motor PID training unit can carry out P, PI and PID position closed loop control and speed closed loop control.
