1.XK-JQR-K100 Industrial robot basic application training system

The system includes: industrial robot noumenon (productive type, non-teaching type), industrial robot controller, hand-hold demonstrator and control cable, training bench, frame, programming module, flexibility platform, safety rail etc.

The system realize the working demonstration of welding, incision, charging & discharging of machine tool, carrying; also used for robot teaching demonstration; the whole system includes tools, work piece, work piece stacker etc. for simulation; also includes the walking route for simulation of straight line, curve, half round, roundness, square, triangle etc.

1.4 Safety rail

Material of this safety rail adopts 3030 industrial type aluminum profile, center pillar adopts 3060 industrial type aluminum profile, corner and door opening adopts 6060 industrial aluminum profile. The front set the normal open door, the gate is set the safety optoelectronic switch.

2. XK-JQR-K200 welding robot training system

Welding robot training system is one technical training platform which integrates the robot operation and welding technology. Simulating the actual factory technical requirement of the robot, training the work piece fixation, assembly, maintenance, debugging etc. User obtains the theory knowledge and practical operation level of robot welding technology, at same time, through optimize the welding parameters (welding speed, welding current, arc length, welding gun angle) to realize the optimal welding effect and welding movement locus, also assess the welding technology result, finally let users to get the basic capacity of robot operation and maintenance, welding equipment operation, welding technology and inspection, welding production management etc.

2.2 Anti-collision Sensor

Sensor adopts TBi KS1-S, during welding process, it is effective protect the welding gun and noumenon.

Technical parameter: axial direction trigger force 550N, repeated positioning accuracy cross ±0.01mm (measurement got at 300mm from insulating flange end face).

2.3Welding source and welding gun

Welding power source adopts digital welder NBC-350R, parameter: Max. current not less than 350A, efficiency is not less than 80%, welding stick diameter 0.8-1.6mm; speed: 1-20m/minute.

3.1 Structure and function

(1) Stereoscopic warehouse

Assembled by aluminum alloy

The total length 2700mm, height 1500mm, total 5 floors 4 lines 20 shipping space, the lowest shipping space is 300mm far from the ground. The entrance size of shipping space is 400mm, height is 770mm, the depth is 400mm. each shipping space is equipped with positioning device, ensure that the accuracy location of tray.

(2) Palletizer

The palletizer is running on the track, it adopts double linear guideway and linear bearing guide. Stacker crane running along with track (X axle) distance is 2260mm, fork level running (Y axle) distance is 400mm, fork vertical running (Z axle) distance 1400mm. Y axle direction movement adopts stepper motor driving. X.Z axle direction equips with servo control system, positioning accuracy is high. X, Z axle driving motor are all with the brake device, ensure the safety, once power off will be stop immediately, at same time X axle and Y axle movement are all with anti collision device.

Basic bottom board is composed by profile and steel plate, stacker crane and shelf are directly installed on bottom plate.

(3) Tray delivery system

The lower part of this unit is aluminum profile frame. The upper delivery device adopts AC motor driving rotation, 1. 4 work station put the photoelectric proximity switch (fore front is the first work station, the 4 work station is stereoscopic warehouse fork lifting work station), transmission is steady and positioning is accuracy. Delivery belt total length 15000mm, width 366mm, 770mm height is far from height, max. allow 4 trays. System side has one tray feeding device, one time put 4 trays, and automatically uploading materials, also equip with positioning sensor and non-occupation detection. After tray movement, after No.1 tray vacancy, robot grabs one tray and put at No.1 work station.

(4) Food box production line system

The system adopts belt transport line, on the side of middle work station equips with correlation sensor, the upper part of middle work station equips with visual distinguish system. The food box through this distinguish, line up enter into 1.2.3.4 work station, which the 1# work station is robot priority grabs work station, others are normal grab work station.

Transportation belt length is 1000mm, width 100mm, 770mm height from ground.

(5) Multi-joint robot

6 of freedom degree, max. load 5 Kg, arm opening 1.44m. 6th axle of robot equips with pneumatic vacuum sucking disc. PLC through communication mode control robot to grab materials and put into the corresponding site
