1. Product structure
This device is practical training bench and training module, module adopts standard structure, high
interchangeability;module contents could be chosen according input output or data conversion
functions, so can convenient choose needed module. Each module have two wiring ways, one is
electron wired way, 8 BIT data bus also can connect by Dupont Line winding connection. Entire connection
process is convenient and efficient. To components with interference
properties, all insulate by photoelectricity isolation device to make sure system safety and stability.
Connection between
module is flexible, could deepen knowledge the principle of singlechip, could finish I/O practical training,
A/D training,
D/A training, LED LCD dot matrix module and etc.

3. Equipments composition
3.1 Mainframe module
SCM adopts Atmel AT89S52. Inside is equipped with 256 Byte RAM and 8KByte Flash, three 16 bit timers, two data
pointer, inside clip integrated watch dog timer. 64KRAM expand space, 64KROM expand space; 32 IO entrances, 6
vector quantity interrupt source; 0~33 MHz working frequency, three-level program encryption function; working voltage 4.0V~5.5V. DIP40 package is convenient to replace chip and
simulation. With system download port, programmable through the USB downloader, without separate SCM from
circuit.
This module places SCI, this port joins in boosted circuit, can communicate with computer, also can download Philips
SCM and macrocrystaline SCM programs. Reset circuit with manual reset button in, can directly reset operation. Module
is set with active buzzer drive circuit, can make a noise after is given directly fixed level.
2, Power module
Power module adopts linear power supply and switch power. SCM chip adopts linear power supply, can effective
reducing program jump out caused by power interference. Electrical machine high-power components adopt switch power supply. Power supply adopts earth leakage circuit breaker as main control, safe
and reliable. With ship type switch control of low voltage electricity alone.
3. Simulator module
Adopts with high performance SCM simulator, can full-featured simulation MCS51 series SCM, software simulation is feasible. 64K program address breakpoints, 64K source
program active lines breakpoints, SCM interior register condition open look. Main engine and computer adopts USB port.
4. Display module
This module includes basic display LED and top level LCD display screen. Specific configuration: 8 bits marquee
(Logic level display), 8 bits nixie tube dynamic display, 16*32 dot matrix LED screen, 1602 character type LED
screen, 128*64 mapping LCD. Including all commonly used display device, easy to learn.
5. Delay module
Delay is commonly used actuators and isolator component, it can be used as low-pressure control high pressure,
long-distance switch high voltage circuit state,

Instruct module equips with SCM commonly input element, 8 independent keyboard interface, 8 ways 8 positions
switching value input, 4*4 rectangle keyboard interface. Can satisfied students from basis to advanced, from simple to
complicated training requires. If user ask for more buttons or need more complicated designs, can adopts PS2 keyboard
mouse port to expand.
7 ADC/DAC modules
ADC/DAC module designed two transform chip ADC0809 and DAC0832. Equips With three function submodules
onboard: 0-5V analog voltage output, 8 grade LED level indicator and active clock generator, easy to debugging program and
software. ADC0809 experiment can use active clock generator as chip clock, can use 0-5V analog voltage output as analog quantity, with 8 grade level indicator as analog quantity size’s indicator; during
DAC0832 experiment, can conned
8. AC/DC motor control module
This module can finish two electromechanical control experiments, respectively are 24V DC gear motor and 220V AC gear
motor. Under every motor’s turntable adopts with optoelectronic switch, can perceive its position and turns by SCM.
Every motor control circuit sets overtravel protection input port, can effective protect motors and organization’s safety
during horizontal moving device combination experiment.
9. Stepper motor control
This module sets a 24V two phase stepper motor and high-power stepper motor driver. Module changed motor’s shaft rotary operation mode, adopts a horizontal move mechanism,
this mechanism can changes axle turn into horizontal rectilinear motion, and indicate by aluminum ruller’s mark. This
module also can set as closed-loop control experiment project, cause there is equipped with perception distance close-loop components. And design a overrun protection circuit, when mechanism reached a program unknown condition, can
self-closing electrical machine, to avoid mechanism overrun damage. Straight-line motion mechanism with right-left limit position output port, for SCM query status.
10. Sensor adapter module (4 ways sensor port)
Sensor adapter module is a circuit unit designed for sensor connection and electric isolation, this unit adopts with two
groups 16 ways optoelectronic isolation IO ports, every port can connect with PLC and 24V power supply sensor.
And adopts with four ways sensor conversion interface used for industry sensor connections.
11. Extended module
82C55: three ports all draw forth, can used electronic wires connection, also can use flat cable connections. Control site
and data communication port is settled together, overall layout is elegant appearance. And also equipped with a 74LS245
chip, can used with 82C55 to complete different experiment functions.
12. Temperature sensor module
This module equipped with two chip type temperature sensor: digital value temperature sensor 18B20 and simulate value
temperature sensor LM35. LM35 components also with operational amplifier, amplified analog can increase measurement
accuracy. Each sensor with clear cover reinforce and protect, with high power heating resistor, heat indicator n etc.
Can used as constant temperature control, temperature controller experiments.
13. Logic material handling equipment
Equipped biaxial robot as packed executing agency, with X-axis, Y-axis two directions executive capacity, can complete intelligent fetching, material feeding functions; equipped with trip switch,
photoelectric sensor, FOS n etc., can make sure each final controlling element’s pinpoint; when beyond the range, with hardware
automatic protection functions, make sure system safety and personal safety; this device is common module multifunction device,
