1.System overview

XK-JCG10C typical machine  tool control circuits training and evaluation device adopt normal electricity cabinet as 

the main cabinet(mainly consider being in accordance with actual work)It make rational use of the double-sided space of cabinet, each cabinet has eight different kinds of machine circuits. It is C6140 center lathe

 troubleshooting evaluation, respectively, and thus to implement training functions of eight machine circuits in 

one cabinet. Not only have rational layout and save cost, but also the circuit that are installed inside the cabinet

 are artistic and normative science. The device is equipped with leakage and short-circuits protection and emergency switch to guarantee the students’ safety. The training device adopt the CAN 

bus intelligent evaluation system to evaluate and meet the requirement of skill training and evaluation. The 

device all adopt application circuit of actual industry, so it is reliable and long lifetime. By the system, teachers 

can do on-line monitoring ,long-distance fault setting, self-locking and self-scoring in the process of students’ doing experiment.

3.3 Z3035 radial drilling machine

3.4 T68 boring machine

  1.Main power is not power on

  2.Spindle motor can not be activated by positive and negative rotation

  3.Spindle motor can be activated in only one direction and can not be activated in another direction

  4.When spindle motor is in high-gear, it does not shift to high-gear but stop automatically after activated in low velocity.

  5.Spindle motor can not be activated in low-gear, when in high-gear and after pressed the button. it does not activate until delayed for a few seconds 

 6.AC contactor can not self-locking

 7.AC contactor can not interlocking

 8.Emerge a short time reverse rotation after spindle stopped

 9.Does not have braking function when spindle stopping

10,Light is not bright.

3.5 M7130 surface grinder

   1. None motor can be activated

   2.Neither grinding wheel motor nor cooling motor can be activated

   3.Hydraulic pump can not be activated

   4.Grinding carriage motor can fast-moving in only one direction

   5.Thermal relay protection action

   6.Cooling pump can not be activated

   7.Main circuit fuse will break down when press one start button

   8.All motor’s speed is below the rated value

   1.Rail head can not fast-forward.

   2.Left and right knife rest can not fast-forward.
