1. Product overview:
XK-JCG10A Typical machine tool control circuits training and evaluation device adopt normal electricity cabinet as the main cabinet and make rational use of the double-sided space of cabinet. Each cabinet has four different kinds of machine circuits and the front is X620W universal milling machine control circuit and horizontal type of T68 boring machine control circuit, the reverse side is Z3040 radial drilling machine control circuit and C6140 center lathe control circuit. The device is equipped with leakage and short-circuit protection and emergency switch to guarantee the students’ safety. This training evaluation device adopt CAN bus intelligent evaluation system and thus to evaluate the training, each machine is equipped with 10 more reference fault points for teachers to select and refer to.

4.When spindle motor is in high-gear, it does not shift to high-gear but stop automatically after activated in low velocity.
5.Spindle motor can not be activated in low-gear, when in high-gear and after pressed the button. it does not activate until delayed for a few seconds
6.AC contactor can not self-locking
7.AC contactor can not interlocking
8.Emerge a short time reverse rotation after spindle stopped
9.Does not have braking function when spindle stopping
10,Light is not bright....
