HOW WE PRODUCE OUR spectacle glasses :

1,Injection: We use injection machine to make the frames and the temples.

2,Shaking Polishing: The injected frames and temples will be put into shaking machine to do rough polishing work.

3,Cleaning & Dry: After shaking polishing, we’ll use ultrasonic cleaning machine to cleaning the injected parts. And drying work will also be done after that.

4,Cutting & Polishing :The burrs on the edge of the injected parts will be carefully removedand delicated polishing work will also be done.

5,Spraying Painting: After delicate polishing, frame parts will be painted with color. The paint which we used is environmentally-friendly, and our painting workshop is dust-free.

6,Drying: The painted parts will be put into baking room to make the paint dry.

7,Assembling & Packing: The the paint become dry, we’ll assemble these parts together to make complete frames.

Please pay attention that the paint we used is ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY, so our TR frame products is also ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY.
