• FRAME:The frame is made by steel plate. All industrial generators is IP21(NEMA1), also IP23 an option, but rated power will decrease 5%
• SHAFT AND KEY:All generator rotors are dynamically balanced to better than BS6861: Part1 Grade 2.5 for minimum vibration in operation. Twoo bearing generators are balanced with a half key.
• TERMINALS AND TERMINAL BOX:Standard generators are 3-phase reconnect able with 12e ends brought out to the terminals, which are mounted on a cover at the non-drive end of the generator. A sheet steel termnial box contains the AVR and provides ample space for the customers' wiring and gland arrangements. It has removable panels for easy access.
• ENGINE ADAPTOR AND COUPLING:All generators have two kinds construction. The single-bearing generators engine adaptor to SAE0,1,2,3,4 and 5, the coupling discs to SAE7.5, 8, 10,11.5, 14 and 18 are available.
