1,Leather cutting:  We cut the leather into small piece first. 

2,Logo Stamping:  After cutting the leather, we using logo moulds to make the logo onto the leather.

3,Plastic Injecting:  We use injection machine to make the inside shells.

4,Leather Covering:  We use moulds to cover the leather onto the shells.

5,Assembling Hinge:  After that, we use hinge machine to assemble the up and down lids.

6,Putting Liner:  We put the inside liner into the jointed shells. 

7,Cleaning & Packing:  Cleaning and packing work will be carefully done finally. 

About the logo, we CAN MAKE BOTH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE FOR THE CASE. And the logo colors has black, red, white and even black for choice.
