1,Knitting: The raw fabric of our washing products is mainly made by warp knitting and weft knitting. 

2,Dye Color: After finishing knitting, the raw fabric will be sent to dye color.  

3,Cutting: After finishing dye color, we’ll start to cut the cloth fabric into the sizes which we need. 

4,Sewing: Sewing work will be done after cutting. And inside will be put sponge material to make the products more handy. Our sewing workers are all with more than 2 years working experience.

5,Inspection & Packing: The finished products will be carefully Inspected, the inspection standard we follow is AQL 4.0. Our duster products will be packed only after inspection.
