1. Mechanical transmission part
Metal wires utilize the motor as power to drive planet gear and worm & worm wheel to revolve a pairs of metal wire feeding wheel in reverse direction relying on spring pressure clamp clip wires to feed wires to head of spray gun. In order to stabilize metal wire delivery speed and adjust speed, a appreciate speed adjustor is equipped to achieve metal wire delivery stepless speed adjustment to suitable for spray painting of diverse materials.

2. Mixing head (gas mixing part)
Mixing head, a principal mechanism to control mixing of oxygen & inflammable gas and air switch comprising body, nozzle, air cap, mixing tube, valve pole cover and valve pole, etc. The bottom of body is a valve pole cover consisting of valve pole, oxygen, inflammable gas and air seal. There are one piece of rubber seal membrane with diverse grooves on the surface of valve pole to control and dispatch three gas into mixing head to guarantee normal ignition and Open & close to reach common spray coating purpose.
Turn valve pole spanner in 90 degree, inflammable gas has little sinkage. Few inflammable gases entered the nozzle, and the rest gas seals are all closed. Ignition can be done. When ignited, turn valve pole spanner to 180 degree from 90 degree in the same direction, all heads go down, the blaze will be formed before air cap to blow out air between the nozzle and air cap, spray melted metal wire fog (sparks) on working part to shape a coating.
