(1) Cleaning: clean oil stain or other pollutant before spraying painting. It requires cleaning for parts with holes in consideration with oil stain can not pollute sprayed surface while painting.
(2) In order to guarantee evenness of coating thickness, sprayed surface should be carried out machining. But temperature on working parts is barely higher than indoor temperature. It can not rust on the surface of pre-heated working parts.
(3) The rubber or sanding wheel can be used to grind processed surface which has been oxygenated or polluted without any lubricants. Sandblasting treatment is also available.
(4) Pre-heated working part, 50℃Base is not necessary if “one-off” powder is used. Base material cover nickel-covered aluminum ,aluminum-covered nickel, etc.
(5) Spray working powder, temperature of working parts normally is under 100℃. If working parts were small or coating is thick, you can control spraying to required sized. Spraying distance: 150--180mm, linear velocity of working parts: 20-50m per minute.
(6) Carry out processing according to drawing after painted.
(7)Preheating temperature of working parts: 200--300℃
(8)Spray selffluxing alloy powder to required size, linear velocity of working parts: 20—50m per minute.
(9) Remelting: Remelt working parts at 500℃. When working parts are big, it required to apply several remelting guns.
