You will get the refund if you return the Dress within 24 hours after you signed the packge. However, buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returning, buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the items.

Real products :

We 100% guarantee that the design of the dresses are exactly the same with in the picture in our website. However, due to the differences in lighting and computer monitor settings, the color of a few styles may be a little bit different. A well-set CRT monitor may best show our dress colors.

Customer design:

Now we offer custom-made service to our buyers. But the price for a custom-made dress is higher and MOQ will different. Besides, you need to provide us some important measurements of yours.
