Brief introduction of Flotation Beneficiation Line:

Main work flow of Flotation Beneficiation Line (gold mining equipment ):

Crushing and Grinding ------ Washing and Grading ------ Flotation ------ Concentrate and Dry

1) Crushing and Grinding:
Firstly, ore is broken by Jaw crusher, then by Cone Crusher and Fine Jaw Crusher crushing to a reasonable degree of fineness; by elevator and feeder, evenly feed into the ball mill, and then crush and grind by ball mill. After grind by ball mill,ore fine material access the next process.
2) Washing and Grading:
For solid particle's proportion is different, according to the principle of different precipitation speed,
The Spiral Classifier wash and grade ore mixture.
3) Flotation:
After washed and graded, add different drugs into ore mixture, on the basis of different mineral character, make wanted mineral contents separate from other materials when ore mixture go through flotation machine.
4) Concentrate and Dry:
After the desired minerals are separated out, for it contains a lot of water, it must first be
concentrated by the Thickener, and then dried by Rotary Dryer to get dry materials.
