1. Description of the tin flotation separator flotation separation equipment
Flotation machine can be used to separate nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, heavy metal, nonmetallic mine,
chemical material and recycling minerals. Each chute can inhale gas, sink magma, separate. No assisting equipment
are required, and flotation machine must be installed horizontally.
Flotation machine is easy to change the flow chart. The cycling way of magma is very reasonable. Flotation
machine can reduce the impurities to a great extent. There is automatic equipment on the magma surface, easy to
adjust. The impeller also owns the upper and lower blade. The upper one makes the magma cycle upward, while
the lower one makes the magma cycle downward.

3.Operating principles of the tin flotation separator flotation separation equipment
Flotation machine utilizes the vertical circulation of mineral slurry and low-pressure blower to force air into
the machine, which can improve flotation efficiency. A vertical circulation which is formed when the mineral slurry
passes the cone-shaped circulating drum and impeller causes an ascending flow to raise the coarse-grained minerals and high-density minerals to the middle or upper side of flotation trough, thus eliminating layering and sedimentation
of minerals.
The low pressure air forced by blower is evenly distributed in the whole flotation trough through impeller and
cover board vane. The mineralized froth lifts up with the vertical circulating flow and enters the separation layer
of the upside of the flotation trough, so it is separated from the non-floating gangue.
