The MTPT series patient trolley supplied by Medcare is designed for patient transport in hospital and emergency areas with the versatility to be used for examination, X-ray diagnosis and early treatment. In addition, the medical paitent trolley, known as A & E trolley can also be used as patient transfer trolley to transfer patients between departments, wards and operating rooms. Materials:

The trolley frame is constructed from high quality aluminum alloy. Surface and side rails are made of PP engineering plastics by one-step injection molding method.

1) State of the art centrally controlled brake system is applied to the medical equipment, enabling high stability and reliability.
2) The trolley features a separate structure with the top supported by a pneumatic spring. Therefore, it can be operated easily and simply.

3. Delivery Cycle
Normally, the delivery cycle is within 7-30 days. For OEM orders, it will be different. We own design department and engineers which can offer CAD drawings within 2 days to maximally meet customer's requirements. We will take full advantage of our resources to make samples during 10-15 days and deliver them to customers for confirmation. After confirmation, we will deliver finished products within 15-30 days. For specific circumstances, the delivery cycle depends on order quantity.

4. OEM

In our product range, we accept OEM orders from any customer and in any quantity. OEM covers customer LOGO, operation manual, special packaging, etc. For some customers who need samples and put forward some changes on design based on samples, Medcare can meet their requirements.

3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
