Payment terms
1.Mass production: by T/T (30% deposit ,balanced 70% should be paid before delivery)
2.Sample:by Western Union, you should pay more usd15 bank commission if you want to pay by T/T.
Note: for the sample cost, extra money will be returned back to you once placed an order

Packing
1.Packaging: gift box, blister packaging, opp bag , can be as your requirements.

Delivery
1.Sample lead time: usually 2~3 workdays once we comfirm the order or received payment.
2.Mass production lead time: It depends on your quantity. (Pls contact Tony)
3.We can ship by sea ,by express(such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS etc), by road and so on

After-sales
1.warranty: 1 year. We provide fixing within one year.
2.Technology instruction when you get problems
3.The warranty is based on broken not made by human being.
