1.What is our company Quality check procedure?

Firstly, we have stable lighting source supplier for 6 years, and tube material supplier for 6 years, that's why our price is quite competitive.

Secondly, when we get such material, our highly strict QC department is for checking the led lighting source, and our purchasing department manager, actually he is boss, mainly for tube material.

Thirdly, when the tube is assembled, the whole light department is for checking the lighting, actually the tube needs 48 hours old-aged test.

Fourthly, before sending the goods, the saleman must check the good is good, and not mistake.


2.In case of lamp failure due to premature degradation or driver failure what is your warranty?

Firstyear,if there exists a problem, we will replace a new one without shipping charge.

Second year, if confirmedly there is a problem , we will repair the light without shipping charge.

Third year, if it is a problem, we will repair, however, you will pay for the shipping charge.
