  Apply a small amount of the cream to your elbow or forearm to ensure that it will not cause any discoloration or irritation to your skin. Wait 24 hours. If you notice any irritation or rash, discontinue use immediately.

• Apply a sparing amount of cream to the areas of skin you wish to treat. Do not rub or stretch the skin. It's best to do this before bed time, after washing and rinsing the area with a mild soap. This will allow the ingredients to be absorbed into the skin overnight.

  Softly tap the place where you applied the cream, using your fingers, for 30 seconds.
