 1. Description :

Block production line makes use of traversing guide distributing device. And the feeding-drawer distributes the material quickly and homogeneously. The molding box with vertical orientation vibratory pressing system can produce bricks in very short molding cycle and high efficiency.The cooling plant and heating plant for oil adapted to different temperature for producing.

Electrical system adopts the programmable controller bus (PLC) to control the production of blocks automatically. It comes close to selfalign switch-off and displays the power turn-on and turn-off automatically.

By the change of the mold, it can produce many blocks of internal wall, blocks of external wall, blocks of dikedam , pavements and roadside stone.
