SJ series single screw stem extruder is mainly consists of barrel screw,momentum driving system,heating,cooling,and electric controllers etc.It is mainly used in plasticizing and extruding of PVC,PE,PP,ABS,PS,PET pipes,plates,sheets,film,profiles,granulates and other plastic products.

CE/SGS approved High Quality PE pipe extruder specially designed for the PP PE pellets extruding, it combined use with the PP PE pipe production line, PP PE profile production line, PP PE sheet production line; It also can be used for WPC profiles extruding.
PE pipe extruder ' screw structure also can re-designed accoring to customer's detail raw material and the purposes.

Q-1, Are you factory or trading company?

A: we are professional manufacturer of plastic machines with over 10 years experience.

Q-2, Where is your factory localed? Is it convenient for me to visit?

A: our factory is localed in ZHANGJIAGANG city, Jiangsu Province, China. It's 2 hours from SHANGHAI HONGQIAO airport by car;

It's 2.5 hours from SHANGHA PUDONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Both HONGQIAO and PUDONG airports has direct bus to our city. Which is very convenient for customer come to us.

Q-3, Whether your machines do quality checking before delivery:

A: Our factory's standard processing step will ask us do running test to the machines before delivery.

Q-4, Whether your company will send engineer to help customer install, running the machines and training the workers?

A: we have 5 skilled and rich experience engineers ready for customer's requirement.

Q-5, What's your machines quality guarantee period and service after quality guarantee period

A: we will offer our machines one year quality guarantee since the machines arrive at customer's factory. During this period, if the customer's machines broke down cause the quality reason, we will send free spare parts or send engineers for repair for free.

If the machines out of quality guarantee period, we will offer spare parts and repair services at cost prices for life long time of machines.

Q-6, Payment Terms your company accepted?

A: generally we accept TT, L/C at sight.

TT 30% as deposit; TT 70% before delivery.

L/C at sight of total amount.
