Principle:

 

Use welding header to send ultrasonic to material surface, so the heat created by active molecule weld materials between cloth and cloth, cloth and chemical fiber, plastic film and plastic film, cloth and polyester wadding, nonwoven, sponge and so on.

Features:

Figure Four: adjustment: the level screw on the rack is used to adjust the degree of balance between mold and roll, fine-tuning screw to adjust the distance between the mold and roller; all of this ensure the finished product is attractive.
