1.When could I get the quotation?

2.How many details should I give you for the customized box?

We need the material, quantity, size, colors and other special requirements.

3.Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect cosmetic boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

4.Can I get a sample from you?

After the product details have been confirmed, you can ask for samples from us. Then we will charge for the sample cost, and return the sample charge after making an order if the quantity of your order is more than our MOQ.

5.How long can I expect to get the sample?

After we receive the sample charge and confirmed file, the sample will be ready in 7-10 days.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you have no an account.

6.What about the lead time for normal products?

The lead time of MOQ quantity is about 10-15 days, it finally depands on the QTY you have ordered.

7. What’s your payment term?
