Main Equipped with Emerson PLC and Highten touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically. This Non woven fabric slitting machine making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene & polyethylene at melting status, the machine adheres and laminates paper or color-printed OPP & CPP film to Non woven fabric ,non woven bag under pressure and through cut-off. Automatic edge cutting, edge-blowing , cutting-off and winding devices are applied.

1. Slit with air knife or shear type round blade. (Be selected.).
2. Magnetic brake for unwind, with automatic tension control.
3. Rewind is driven by frictional and central. Magnetic clutch with semi-automatic tension control.
4. Electronic meter can automatically stop machine in preset length.
