 Performance and Characteristics

This Non woven fabric laminating machine making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene & polyethylene at melting status, the machine adheres and laminates paper or color-printed OPP & CPP film to Non woven fabric ,non woven bag under pressure and through cut-off. Automatic edge cutting, edge-blowing , cutting-off and winding devices are applied.

1. Slit with air knife or shear type round blade. (Be selected.).
2. Magnetic brake for unwind, with automatic tension control.
3. Rewind is driven by frictional and central. Magnetic clutch with semi-automatic tension control.
4. Electronic meter can automatically stop machine in preset length.

5.Plat steel welding, firmly and balanced, more stable in the high-speed operation
6.Chromium-plated steel pipe with dynamic balance processing
7.Feeding with 3 inch air shaft, maximum feeding diameter is 600mm, with magnetic powder tension controller and edge automatically align device.

9.Cutter can use special blades or flat knife (cutter blades), 18mm-1600mm adjustable.
