Working Principle of Ultrasonic belt cutting machine:

This ultrasonic punching and cutting machine is using the heat energy which produced by the moment when ultrasonic vibrating, and the ultrasonic moulds or cutting moulds will touch the surface of the ultrasonic vibration with the power of the cylinder, then it can cut or weld or punch the material. In this processing, the cutting edge and the punching edge will be sealed automatically, without black or hard or loose trimming, feel smooth and perfect sealing effect.
