How to place the order

1) you send us an enquiry and tell us the quantity, the printer type you are using.

2) We will reply you and quote you at a direct factory price in PI format.  

3) you confirm the PI and make the payment and let us know that.

4) When payment is confirmed, we will arrange to produce you cards.

5) Cards are finished, we will take photos to you for your reference before shipping.

6) Delivery by DHL /UPS/Fedex/ TNT, or by Sea, or by Air.

1.  How can I place an order?

You can contact any of our sales person for an order.

Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with trade manager of Alibaba, Skype, E-mail or other instance ways, in case of any delays

2.  When can I get the price?

Usually we quote our best price within 12 hours after we get your inquire.

3.  How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples for samples to check our quality.

Free for a blank/stock sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight.

For printing sample, advanced sample fee $49 is required. It can be fully refuned if the final quantity of the confirmed bulk order is or over 10,000pcs.   

4. How long can I expect to get the samples?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 6-7 working days.

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrival in 3-5 days.

5.  What kind of files do you accept for printing?

CDR, AI, PDF, etc. and we also can design for you by free.

6.   What about the lead time for mass production?

To be honest, it depends on the quantity.

Generally 5-7 days for quantity at 5,000pcs, 7-10 days for about 10,000pcs.

7.  What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CNF etc.
