Product Introduction
Material: Our needling geotextiles are mainly made of high quality polyester fiber(fiber 4-9dtex, length 50-76mm). Other needling geotextiles made from polypropylene, nylon polypropylene, vinylon, or synthetic fabric also can be custom made.
Multifunction: isolation, filtering, drainage, reinforcement, protection, sealing, etc, it can be widely used in many fields, e.g, railways, roads, sports halls, dykes, hydraulic buildings, tunnels, innings, environmental protection, etc.
Product Functions
Due to its good performance in air & water permeability, it can be used to stop water loss and soil erosion effectively.
Good water transmissibility performance: water channel can be formed inside of the soil body, extra liquid and air in soil body can be discharged.
Due to its good performance in tensile strength resistance and high resistance against deformation, it can improve the quality of soil body and strengthen the stability of building structure.
Concentrated stress can be diffused, transferred, or decomposed efficiently, the damage from an external force to the soil body can be prevented.
To prevent the mixture of sandstones of upper & lower layer, soil body and the concrete.
Mesh is hard to be blocked, because the net structures formed by fibers are good at contingency and mobility.
Good water permeability - It has good water permeability even under under the pressure from soil and water.
Corrosion resistance - chemical fiber is used as raw material, such as polypropylene or polyester, etc. It has good performance in acid & alkali-resistance, and anti-oxidation. Besides, it is noncorrosive and will not be damaged by worms.
