* If the coating is a problem to remove with a diamond cupwheel try coarser diamonds, or try a PCD scraper disc or take smaller bites into the coating each time.
* Sometimes a long handled scraper can be useful to scrape away most of the coating before diamond grinding.

PCD cup wheel is used on angle grinder or planeraty polisher to remove glue, asphalt and wallpaper on the roof, wall and board.

Also can be fit  on light floor machine to remove epoxy on the floor.

The small "teeth" of these PCD shave off the coatings, which are most efficient when used for very thick or self levelling coatings.

 PCD scrapers can increase the productivity of your floor grinder for coating removal know as PCD scrapers.
