3). Fire core: vermiculite(this is fire rate material , and ore material) 

4). Door skin: steeel : 0.8 mm galvanized steel for door leaf , 1.2mm or 1.5mm galvanized steel for door frame

            wood: Plywood , MDF board for door deaf, hardwood for door frame

5). Door installs the fireproof strip(intumescent fire-retardant strip)

6).Frame: the wall thickness is according to customer requirement,

        Fire rated steel frame: single rebate frame or double rebated frame
