 Diamond is the hardest material in the world. It is the single crystal formed by 

natural crystal without granule. Due to the supper hardness, the service life of 

diamond wire drawing die/mould can be greatly improved which is tens or even 

hundreds of times than tungsten carbide wire drawing die/mould. The operation

of die/mould changeover can be saved a lot of times, thus improving the 

production efficiency. And because of high hardness of natural diamond, diamond 

wire drawing die/mould is not easy to wear , which can improve the stability of the

diameter, circular degree and size of the wire products and surface smoothness.
