Feature of gripper robot arm :

Carno series robot arm is applicable to all types of injection machine ranges of 30~4000T for take-out products and sprues. After installed this robot, the productivity will be increased 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately control the output to reduce waste.

Driven type of gripper robot arm :

1. pneumatic (pneumatic cylinder):  stroke is fixed

2. electromotion (servo motor): it can be reached arbitrary point and it has the memory function, and it is easy to adjust machine. It is suggested to use the electromotion type when the injection machine is more than 300ton.
