How does it work?

What Is The Process?

For those who wish to know more about how this copper wire granulator works we have created a 

diagram explaining the process. As you can see, in order to work, the scrap wires are fed into the 

copper wire granulator. Once it is fed through the machine, it is then crushed using the fine 

crusher and placed on a conveyor. The material is then moved to the vibrator separator which 

produces two by products; copper granular and plastic granular. The vibrator is used to separate

the copper granular and the wind blower is used to separate the plastic granular.
