How it works:
INOCO mechanical cleaning filtration principle is very simple, We install stainless steel screen (2)on a cylindrical shell(1). When unfiltered liquid l flows into the shell from the inlet(3), solid impurities are leached and deposited on the inner surface of the screen .filtered liquid flows out from the outlet(4), when filter screen need cleaning (depending on the time &pressure differential)A clean dish(5) tightened with spring scraper the mesh inside surface back and forth constantly and removes the deposition of solid impurity, when the debris is separated from gap of the filter screen, washing dish will discharge the dirt into bottom of the shell(6) then drain through the flow channel(7).
2.Automatic type for industrial filter : Brush automatic self cleaning filter
Products specification:
YNTSH - XF series automatic self-cleaning filters is a kind of filter suitable for bad environment, it can be equipped with 3500 microns - 50 micron filter screen and 8-36 "pipeline diameter for different using requirements. The cleaning process is started by a differential pressure switch which is monitoring the different pressure of inlet and outlet pipeline of filter, usually the default value of press difference switch is 0.5 bar (7 psi).
How it works:
When the differential pressure of inlet and outlet pipeline reaches the presented value, the filter will start the cleaning process. The whole self-cleaning process contains two steps: the drain valve opens; the two stainless steel brushes which is driven by motor inside will brush off impurities which was captured by the mesh and then impurity will be discharged from drain valve.. The whole cleaning process takes about 15 to 60 seconds, while during this time, the filtration system does not stop flowing and controlled by a control box.
3.Manual type for industrial filter : Cartridges filter

Cartridge filters are effective in the removal of moderate amounts of particles from liquids in the size range of 50 to 0.035microns. When filtering large amounts of solids at high flow rates, other treatment methods such as self-cleaning multimedia filters may be required aspre-filters, followed by cartridge filtration, if needed.The most popular micron sizes are the 5-micron general-purpose filter cartridge, and 0.2 submicron“Absolute” pleated filter cartridge for final filtration on high purity water systems.

4.Manual type for industrial filter : Pipe line filter
Products specification:
Pipeline strainers are sometimes used in double arrangements so that flow can be diverted while the system remains in service and the screen is cleaned. This can be accomplished with a duplex style strainer up to 8" diameters, but can also use a second strainer placed in parallel with the primary strainer.
The standard basket or screen material in most strainers today is 304 series stainless steel. 316 stainless steel is also common (often used for additional corrosion resistance). Monel is also a material that can easily be provided by most manufacturers. There are many variations of mesh and perforations that are available along with various methods of construction, and support methods, based on specific applications.
These strainers are usually supplied in one of four materials: iron, carbon steel, bronze, or stainless steel. Iron is used most often because it costs the least, and has good corrosion resistance in water and many other services. Carbon steel is used where higher temperatures, or concern with thermal or mechanical shock is an issue, which makes them popular in the oil and petrochemical industries. Bronze handles thermal and mechanical shock better than iron, and is better in some corrosive applications, but is limited in temperature range. Stainless steel is needed where corrosion could be an issue, and is widely used in the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Duplex bag filters:
Duplex filter housings are for applications where the system flow cannot be shut down for filter bag change out. Either a butterfly or ball valve assembly is used to divert the flow between the two housings so that the isolated, out of service, housing can be serviced. The flow is never shut down.
