The following table represents typical water flow at a one psi (69 mbar) pressure differential across a single 10 inch pleated cartridge element. The test fluid is water at ambient temperature. For 10 micron and above, the recommended maximum flow rate per 10” is 7 –8 gpm for maximum service life.

6,INOCO Welding-single cartridge filter 

INOCO SGD-II series filter can be assembled with a micro porous filter (optional 5to 40 inches in length) of different specifications, according to the material, pore diameter and different length, can achieve different flow. Design of sanitary structure, can be applicable to the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industry and other special.

The filter cartridge is connected with the general form of the 226 or the thread.
Pressure gauge can choose general pressure gauge or diaphragm pressure gauge. Each has to undergo a rigorous inspection and pressure test before shipping.

8,INOCO Micro porous membrane filter

INOCO micro porous membrane liquid filter is a kind of multi function filter, which is composed of housing and cartridges. widely used for  Solid-liquid separation of petroleum, chemical, machinery, metallurgy, textile, printing and dyeing, electroplating, medicine, food and other industries.

As shown, filtering liquid flows in from the filter inlet , from the outside to inside through cartridge then the clear liquid come out through the outlet. Impurities are trapped in the deep and surface of cartridges, so as to achieve the purpose of filtration.

11,INOCO Liquid-liquid separation

INOCO SGF Liquid-liquid separator is commonly used in gasoline, jet fuel and diesel oil -water separation; caustic gasoline, jet fuel and diesel oil caustic alkali separation; water separation of light hydrocarbon and petrochemical products; separation of hydrogen peroxide in working mother liquor; acid separation of petrochemical products and hydrocarbons ; oil separation; anhydrous amine oil separation.

SGF-A oily water separator
In the oil-water separation process shell is equipped with coalescence cartridges and separation cartridges, when the medium flows through its internal then there will be four processes-filtration, coalescence, settlement, separation, so as to realize the removal of moisture, medium alkali and organic acid salt soluble in water and etc.
Media first from the inside to the outside flows through the coalescence cartridges, this cartridges has a special double function of filtration and coalescence, High precision filtering layer of innermost coalescence cartridges can effectively block the particle impurities, especially intercept impurity which has emulsification stability state such as iron oxide and iron sulfide etc. also better for subsequent demulsification and coalescence function, After filtering medium will flows into coalescence demulsification layer, its’ special material can do demulsification then fine and free water will form large drop, Large drops will sink by its’ gravity, smaller size drop will flow with media into separation cartridges, Separation cartridges is made by the patent technology materials with good hydrophobic performance. when the medium from the inside to outside flows separation cartridges, only let media pass by, small droplets are completely effectively intercepted by cartridges outside then coalesce into large drops thus further separated off water.

Structure
Liquid-liquid coalescence separator is equipped with two group of different functions cartridges in internal; separator housing is metal housing and equipped with lever gauge, pressure gauge ,vent valve, drain valve, online sample joints and other accessories.

Process flow
1. in order to extend the coalescence cartridges’ service life and improve the dewatering efficiency, recommend to add a pre-filter in the front of coalescence filter separator . The main purpose of pre filter is used to remove medium large impurities and solid particles of iron oxide, iron sulfide and other harmful impurities.
2. Each device is designed with a bypass, convenient in replacement cartridges, then ensure the system work continuously.
3. There are 3 drain on the bottom of each equipment which is conducive to the dirt removal and impurity separated recovery .
