 YNTSH-XF-XF Series Automatic sucking backwash filter 

 The water which needs to be filtered flows into the shell through the lower bottom of the filter and enters the lumen of the filter elements through the rotary table from bottom to top and be drained out through the filter elements. The filtered clean water flows out from the upper outlet of the filter. Solid impurities are trapped in the inner side of filter elements. While in the process of backwashing, no need of cutting off the water. Motor drives filter wheel rotating and the drain valve was opened at the same time. Each filter elements will be backwashed by the filtered clean water in turns.

The pressure difference between the water pressure in the filter and the atmospheric pressure can make filtration liquid flows reversely so that the intercept impurity on inner face of the filter element can be removed. After the wheel rotates a round, backwashing process is over. When backwashing valve closed and drive motor stops.

Water flows into the filter inlet then through filter layer,suspended impurity in water will be adsorpted by filtering layer,filtered water from filtering cap flows to outlet,cleaning can be done by backwashing ,the flow is the reverse flow from water filtering cap upward,causing filter layer turbulent ,meanwhile the adsorbed impurity are released and discharged from drain valve,backwashing process is completed automatically by pressure differential or timing.

How it works for XF-X brush automatic self cleaning filter

When the differential pressure of inlet and outlet pipeline reaches the presented value, the filter will start the cleaning process. The whole self-cleaning process contains two steps: the drain valve opens; the two stainless steel brushes which is driven by motor inside will brush off impurities which was captured by the mesh and then impurity will be discharged from drain valve.. The whole cleaning process takes about 15 to 60 seconds, while during this time, the filtration system does not stop flowing and controlled by a control box.

Working principle for XF-S scraper automatic self cleaning filter

INOCO mechanical cleaning filtration principle is very simple, We install stainless steel screen (2)on a cylindrical shell(1). When unfiltered liquid l flows into the shell from the inlet(3), solid impurities are leached and deposited on the inner surface of the screen .filtered liquid flows out from the outlet(4), when filter screen need cleaning (depending on the time &pressure differential)A clean dish(5) tightened with spring scraper the mesh inside surface back and forth constantly and removes the deposition of solid impurity, when the debris is separated from gap of the filter screen, washing dish will discharge the dirt into bottom of the shell(6) then drain through the flow channel(7).
