1. Introduction:

Carbonization Furnace is a machine used to charring biomass briquettes or other materials which contains a amount of carbon such as wood log, tree branches, bamboo, coconut shell etc. into wood charcoal.

The more carbon content of the raw material, the better effect of carbonization.

3. Features:

Our carboniztion furnace is the self-combustion type carbonization furnace which is using dry distillation carbonizing principle, heating and decomposing the anaerobic briquettes sticks to flammable gas, oil tar and wood charcoal.

It adopts the movable steel plate structure, the exhaust pipes in the top of the furnace is connected with oil tar separator and draught fan in turn, which having the advantages of unique structure, big useful volume,  advanced carbonizing technology, short cycle, high capacity, good environmental conservation, long service life etc.

The finished products are wood charcoal which shaping rate is more than 95%, and the final charcoal has the feature of good quality, high charcoal content, high calory, low ash content, low smoking etc.

It is widely used in many industries, such as metallurgy factory, Mosquito plant, copper processing plant, steel mill, rubber plant etc.

Charcoal in agriculture and animal husbandry: It can raise the soil temperature, maintain soil moisture, mitigate, the organic fertilizers and improve soil PH.

Charcoal in life: such as heating, cooking, barbecue, as well as tea and tobacco drying etc.
