Our company is making mould cup for intimate garments. Our product consists of two lines. One is PU foam cup, another one is 100% polyester fiberfill cup. Both are mould cups.
PU foam cup is a regular mould cup for intimate garments, this line we have cups covering all shapes and different thickness, like full cup, half cup, 3/4 cup and even half bra,with and without push up.
100% polyester fiberfill cup is another line of product. The advantages of this cup are staying white for ever, much lighter than PU foam cup and more breathable. So this line is more and more acceptable by end buyers. Since this product has been developed for years in our company and it is matured now. We are able to master the technique in production, so our cups are able to pass the washing test without any problem.
