Application:

The toy impact tester is used for reducing material damage due to manufacturing or imitation protector toys as hazardous true face protection devices produced ( eg transparent material protective cover / helmet / hat / goggles , etc. ) ; inspect toys for small children cannot sit alone in the shell whether isolated or broken ; whether there is a palpable detection of small parts , sharp edges dangerous , hazardous sharp points or dangerous driving mechanism.

 

 

Conforms To:  EN71-1 clause 8.7(EUROPE), IEC62115 clause 14.7   

How to do the Impact test:

Place the toy, or the relevant toy component, in its most onerous position on a plane horizontal steel surface and drop a metallic weight with a mass of (1 ± 0,02) kg, distributed over an area with a diameter of (80±2) mm, through a distance of (100 ± 2) mm on to the toy. Perform the test once
