Galvanized Hollow shaft 1'' with keyway in 4.0 mm for industrial commercial garage door

 

1. Material: Carbon steel (Grade, 20# or SAE 1020)

 

2. Techniques:

    a. Cold drawn (the shafts are cold drawn from hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, not extruded from zinc plated steel.)

    b. Annealing: We did the heat treatment after the shafts cold drawing to induce ductility, soften material, relieve internal stresses, refine the structure by making it homogeneous, and improve cold working properties.

    c. Straightening: The straightening process is arranged at a specially designed machine for hollow shaft.

    d. Galvanizing: The galvanization is up to the exporting standard.

    e. Inspection: The inspection is basically according to the contract and drawing specifications.
