- One-click operation with preset indication,fast and efficiently.
- The thermocouple is consumable item,please remember to replace periodically.
- Control the temperature heating and cooling slowly during the testing, it’s good at prolonging the service life of the glow wire loop and thermocouple for saving cost.
- Don’t keep using the glow wire tester very long time.
- Don’t open the cabin door during sample testing.
- The exhaust pipe should be connected well with the ventilation system.
- If there is smoke and fire occured after the testing finished or the sample failed during the testing,please open the fan to throw off the fumes first, then open the cabin door for next step.
- Please confirm whether the equipment in the measurement period of validity before testing.
- Check the socket power supply to ensure the reliable grounding.
