Our Services

1. Repairing and maintenance: the whole machine is guaranteed for 13 months from the date when container reach the destination port.

Manufacturer provide the engineer service for repairing and maintenance when customer needs technology support, the related expenses should be paid by customer.

2. Sample pipe: Customer should supply sample material required for final adjustment of machine and tooling, quantities to be determined. Freight charges are the responsibility of customer.

3.Training: Manufacturer provide the installing instruction and operating videos to customer. can send engineer to customer side as well. customer should pay for engineer’s airfare, hotel, food and picking up & picking off.

We also welcome customer send people here to learn how to operate machines. one week or less is enough for training. the operation is easy .

1. Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer, we focus on metal pipe/tube bending machinery only. our boss know how to design mould , he has the 11 years’s experiences in pipe bending machine. Jiesifu factory was opened in 2011.

2. Q: How to choose the pipe/tube subtracting machines?

A: You have to inform us following details:

3. Q: What is the difference for NC, NCMP and CNC machines?

A: NC is standard hydraulic pipe bending machines, feeding and rotation are manual, and bending is hydraulic automatic.

NCMP is semi-automatic pipe bending machines, mechanical gear feeding, servo motor automatic angle rotation and hydraulic automatic bending.

CNC is fully automatic pipe bending machines, servo motor for feeding and rotations, and hydraulic or servo motor for bending, multiple tooling stack are available for two and more different bending radius (CLR).

4. Q: What is the machine’s control?

A: Standard control is Mitsubishi PLC, Special is IPC controls.

5. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Ningbo city (beside to Shanghai).You can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport or Ningbo Lishe International Airport directly. driving car from factory to Ningbo airport take 15 minutes only .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

6. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
