Ningbo Lijia Industry is pround to offer a broad range of woodwork manufacturing solutions for wooden letters, wooden numbers, wooden shapes. All our letters, numbers, shapes are precisionly cut from MDF on our advanced CNC router which allow us to cut letters, numbers, shapes, logos with intricate details, in sizes as big as 8 feet tall, and in a variety of thicknesses. Normally thickness of  10mm, 12mm, 18cm and 25mm are available, but thicker can be used upon request. We can cut almost any font including punctuation and symbols.

 We boast advanced surface finishing technology  for wooden letters such as electrostatic spray painting, manual spray painting, roll painting, etc. We are able to provide diversified finishes to meet functional and decorative requirement.

Our MDF and paiting conform to CPSIA, EN 13986:2004, S. 1660, H.R. 4805(Formaldehyde Standards for Compositive Wood Act)
